Property connections accessories piping

Hello,

I need to know if it´s possible to extract information about the connections in the pipe fittings.

For example, I have a flange with a connection with a Valve named 3DFTAA001 and other connection with pipe named 3DFTBR001. How do I extract in an excel document a table with all flanges and their connections?

Would be a table similar to this:

[jabowabo]

This is not possible with any built-in tools. It can only be done with the API.
