Problem with Stair Structure

how to access the Angle,Horizontal,Vertical option for stair structure?(please the orientation problem.png). While making ladder flipping option can be accessed that worked for me. But for stair there is no option for flipping or changing the x,y direction.

this design variant is hard-coded and does not allow any settings.
The Steel module in Plant 3D was bought directly by a programmer and unfortunately not completely implemented in Plant 3D.
In the original software you could make these settings.
At Autodesk in 2008 for lack of time on the completeness waived !!!
