PLant 3D 3D drawing isoplanes issue

Dear Users!

I have met an issue in P3D. I am trying to design a pipeline system, however I cannot change the isoplanes. I can click on the button and F5 also "works" but nothing happens. I can only draw in one plane.

What could be the source of this issue?

while holding the pipe press Ctrl + right click to change the plane.

You can also use the Plane option when using the PIPEADD command to change your plane, you will see the Compass change planes while doing so.
