Pipe Spec Issue: "Cannot Connect Parts / Can't find symbol" for Flanges ≥ 4"

I’m creating a new pipe spec and testing out new components across sizes ½" through 24". Everything is updated, including the pipe, flanges, valves, bolt sets, and gaskets.

Flange connections work as expected for 3" and smaller, but fail for 4" and larger.

The Issue: When attempting to place a flange set into an existing pipe run for sizes 4" and up, Plant 3D throws the error:

Error: Cannot Connect Parts - Can't find symbol for specified part

Symptoms & Verification:

• I have verified that all catalog parts, end connections, sizes, bolt sets, and gaskets are present and matching across the spec.

• I can drop a standalone 4"+ flange into space without issue.

• Drawing pipe off one end of the unattached flange works, but using the + sign on the other end to auto-place the mating flange triggers the same Can't find symbol error.

Has anyone run into this specific size-threshold break or symbol mapping issue?

Error: Cannot Connect Parts – Symbol not found for specified part.
This error message indicates missing components, such as gaskets or bolts.

Without the spec file, it is very difficult to diagnose the error; we would essentially be fumbling in the dark!

What happens if you manually put a matching flange on the flange you just put in. Without clicking on the + sign.

I finally figure it out.  My issue was with "Content Iso Symbol Definition".  For gasket I had "TYPE=GASKET", and for the bolt "TYPE=BOLT".  I updated these definitions to "TYPE=GASKET, SKEY=GKRF" and "TYPE=BOLT,SKEY=BLTD" respectively.
