Pipe randomly changing size

Hi.

We are seeing an issue where a pipe part (usually a pulled bend) will randomly decide to change it's nominal size with all the expected knock ons. In the example below, the 1/4in line has changed to 1/4 x 3/8

Dear @deusextechnic ,

I am not aware that Auodesk has advanced so far with the development of artificial intelligence.

I have been working with Plant 3D since 2009, it has never happened to me that pipe components change their dimensions independently.

As your picture shows, I would rather tap a data error in the pipe spec or associated parameter lists.

Hi All,

Thanks for taking the time to look at this. There is no obvious problem in the catalog. Our library guy is very experienced and hasn't had this problem before. Love these intermittent faults. My bet is on Gremlins or Skynet.  pipe size issue Catalog.png

Dear @deusextechnic ,

I wouldn't bet on metaphysics.
99.97% of errors are produced in front of the keyboard.

Can you upload a sample of this drawing (bend) for inspection?

Well, at the moment, it looks metaphysical... See attached.

Have there been a few attempts when creating the pipe spec and was a piece of pipe accidentally inserted in your project that had the wrong ND on S2?
There are PnPID in your Piping.dcf and they are no longer included in the drawing.
So there must have been some inconsistencies.
Can you create a new test project and test your pipe spec whether it works there?
