Can't find symbol for specified part.

Updating my software 2020 to 2022 some custom parts are not coming my model but catalogue and spec are having these component.

Dear @mrinalkantidas.adhikary ,

 

Please transfer the content folder of your catalogs from the old content folder to the new content folder!

When i create a new block base component in my catalogue editor replace model is ok but when save catalogue the preview is vanished. Other problem catalogue are view are perfect but in the model shows can not find part symbol. this problem for support catalogue.

Unfortunately symbols are deleted or misplace, can i create new block base catalogue? I tried but can not success.

You should take a look at the ContentConfig.xml file, it could be that folders where skipped or changed during installation. He can no longer find his logic (algorithmic data). If the folders indeed have a different structure, you have to reload the entire catalog into your autocad plant 3D (year - XXX) but without the ContentConfig.xml file. 

 

The problem should be solved now.
