Material Code not showing for fasteners on iso BOM

Hi Folks,

I'm having trouble showing material codes on our Iso BOM for fasteners, it works for all other items where I have input material codes in the spec. It also shows in data manager, so i'm assuming there is a configuration somewhere for what fasteners will show on a BOM.

Please see attached snips for reference.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Iain

dEAR @SoftFit_Iain ;

Are you sure it is MATERIAL CODE and not MATERIAL?
For me it is MATERIAL which is displayed in the iso parts list.

Hi,

Out of the box, the Material property is included in the BOM.

You can add the Material Code property through project setup.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Yes I agree it should be material... unfortunately whilst creating the specs in excel I have filled in the material code column with all materials and (maybe mistakenly) thought it will not be an issue as I can select material code in the iso set up and change the text as a workaround.
Now I'm having issues, I think I will edit the specs to suit.

Hi Andy, yeah the strange thing is I have selected material code to show on the iso's BOM table. See attached snip.
I'm of the thought there must be a configuration somewhere for fasteners, but cant work it out.

There was something like a line break in the text prior to the material text I had input... copy, paste error.
Thanks for your input regardless of my schoolboy error!!
