Line Grup Number not unique

Hi!

In P&ID, the program lets me assign the same Line Number to several lines, although Line Number should be unique.

It lets me assign the same Tag to different line segments.

It also lets me to enter a random length combination of numbers and letters as Line Number, although in the Line Number tag format, it is set up to "numbers" with "fixed lenght 3".

What can be wrong?

I solved my problem.

In Project Setup, I had set up the Line Number format (fixed length number; Autogenerate property etc) under the Pipe Line Group class settings, where I edited the Line Group Tag Format.

But I should have set it up under the Pipe Line Segment class settings, where I edit the Line Segment Tag Format.

There, the Line Number was set to free style expression, that's why it allowed me to insert anything.

Because there, the Line Group is referred to as TargetObject.LineNumber property directly, and it has nothing to do with the Line Group Tag Format.

I set up the line number formatting there, and now everything works properly.

Maybe it helps anyone else, who might have the same issue.
