Isometric Item Callout Arrow Size

Our isometrics are generating fairly well but one issue is the arrow size for our numbered item callouts. They're coming in at too small a scale and we'd like for them to match the dimension arrow size. Just trying to locate the setting where the scale of these graphics can be modified. They're identified as multileaders and AdskIso is the multileader style. This is an example of how small the multileader arrows are (arrow outlined in pink):

Looking at the applicable dimension and multileader styles in Plant 3D while I have the isometric open, the arrow size for both is set as 0.1000. However, when I select a dimension in the isometric, the arrow size is shown as 2.5 in the Properties window. 

I'm not worried about the dimensions, we're happy with the size. If someone can point me toward the setting that controls the item callout arrow sizes for isos it would be appreciated.

Dear @_Jeff_Roy_ ,

The answer is not easy to find. I changed the setting of the BOM elements with the arrow and everything was OK.
As we do not know your ISO configuration, it will be difficult to find a solution.

@h_eger Thank you for the screenshots! However, I'm on 2022 and my annotations screen does not have the options shown in your image.

Do you know how I can access those settings in my version of the software?

the remaining work is identical between P3D 2022 and P3D 2024
