Whatever happened to the Iso Style Editor?

I cant find anything about it since the 2017 blog post announcing it's beta and now it seems it isn't available to download anymore?

It looked like a more practical way to quickly change advanced isometric settings than the method I'm currently using, which is just to edit the xml directly with a code editor.

Well, the editor was just a fance XML editor. I tr to find the download on one of my virtual machines. Not sure if I can find it. Did you try using notepad++? This colors the XML file nicely.
