Incorrect Flange Stub Size - HDPE

I think I messed up  my setting trying to mate a DN200 backing ring with a OD225 HDPE Flange Stub.

Regardless what size of backing ring I use, it uses the smallest flange stub. Any reason why and can help me with this issue?
