ISO: divides the same flanges into different groups.

Hi community

I'm currently working on a new ISO-style but stumbled upon a strange thing (which I cant solve myself).

I have a pipe with two valves and one instrument.

Two valves:

  • 1 valve inline: 2 flat flanged needed.
  • 1 valved endline: 1 flat flange and 1 blind flange.

One instrument (endline):

  • 1 instrument: 1 flat flange needed, the other flange is part of the instrument.

I only have two types of flanges in my spec: blind flanges and flat flanges. All piping has the same DN.

I noticed that on my ISO (see PDF), the flat flanges are divided into two groups:

1 for the flat flanges for the valves and 1 for the flanges for the instrument.

However, this is not correct. Plant 3D should combine these two groups (since the flanges are the same) and use one annotation for the four flanges (instead of two).

Does anyone know how to solve this? Editing the isoconfig.xml file, which lines?

If you need any more information, ISO-style/toolpallet, feel free to contact me.

Kind regards

Thijs

Hello T.dekinder,

as mentioned in the separate case, this issue is caused by some corrupt components. So replace, the flanges and then try again. This has worked on my site. See attached.

Best regards

Works!

Thanks Bernd!

Any idea why the flange was corrupted or how to avoid corrupted components?

Kind regards

Thijs
