How to welds be on top insulation or dimensions lines

Good day, 

do anyone know, how to make weld symbol on top of  any other lines. I try so many times but its not working with welds, rest is ok.

 Please check pict.

can you please describe in more detail what you want I don't understand exactly what you want to have displayed on the isometry with the welds

Thank you @h_eger for answering again, great!

Please, on my picture, can you check weld no. 12. You can see, that insulation lines is under (or top) of that annotation.

You can check annotation for pipe is ok, but weld not. And its always like that, what ever I do, weld be always mixed with insulation lines or dimensions. No dim break or similar for welds, but for rest, yes, its works.

Hello

 

If you create a "mask" object (wipeout object) around the annotation symbol, and place this mask below the other objects, this should resolve the annotation overload problem.

Si vous créez un objet "masque" autour du symbole d'annotation, et que vous placiez ce masque au-dessous des autres objets, cela devrez régler le problème de surcharge de l'annotation.

thank you very much for your answer, 

there is no way to make that annotation always with "mask"?

Because this problem is only with welds, other annotations are all ok, they are drawn on top of lines etc.
