please also use the correct units for the block-based valves for a pipe spec in imperial units, the block-based components must also be created in imperial units, see your P3D drawing.

it does not matter which version the P3D drawing has all P3D projects between 2018 and 2025 are upwards and downwards compatible.
I have edited this P3D drawing with P3D 2025.

I was able to edit the drawing but I could not open Project Setup to check the settings.

copy Drawing to Project...
and then into a metric project
