I'm trying to open a project and I'm wondering if there is a way to just file path to my project. We have all our projects across our design team on the same server and so when I sift through projects, I have to go through everyone's project to find mine. I know there's a search tool but we don't always remember the name or the project ID. The one consistent thing we have is how we file projects in vault. So I can find it in vault but then I have to search that in plant 3D. It's not hard, it just seems like an extra step.
And I know, we should have a more consistent file naming scheme that would make this easier. To that all I can say is we're a big corporation and nothing changes fast. We're working on that but fixing that also won't help me find old projects.
