CHANGE DEFAULT AUTHOR WHEN I CREATE A NEW DRAWING

So, every time I create a new drawing the author autofills in with my Windows user name.

This means all of our designers have to type in there initials everytime they create a new drawing, or I have to create and maintain a different title block set up for each designer.

I'm wondering if anyone has a simple solution for this, my company is unable to change our windows user names to 3 letters, so that option is out.

I've tried looking into this on the AutoCAD forums in the past and I always get the response that

"AutoDesk" is not Windows, so take it up with Microsoft.

Unfortunately that response is not acceptable to me.

AutoDesk Inventor has the option to change this in Options for each machine, I do not see this option anywhere in AutoCAD options.  So apparently AutoDesk CAN DO THIS, and simply chooses not to. (please see attached)
