Branch table in spec invalid

Dear forum members,

Have a question about using pipe nipples with P3D 2018.

I made a new spec and added a few pipe nipples.

Since the branch table of my project shows me to use pipe nipples for branches try to set it in the branch table but I continuously get a error.

Does any of you know how to handle this?

See the screenshots.

If this was of any help please kudo and/or Accept as Solution
Kind Regards

Dear @DGRL,

ATTENTION!
Note how the PipeSpecs from Version 2017.1 work.
Information on this can be found in Autodesk readme files of the respective software versions!

Dear Forum members

Any of you who can answer me properly

The answer of @h_eger does not help me at all, I also checked this in the 2016 version and I get the same result.

So pointing out to me that since 2017 some changes acquired does not make any sense since in 2016 the same issue arises

Who encountered this also in their projects and how did you solved this?

Kind regards

If you want to connect the nipple directly to the main pipe (what seems strange for me), that's a simple pipe-to-pipe connector.

But, what i do in this case is to use a half-coupling or sockolet for connection as olets.

The Branch Tabel is based on the pipe diameter and not on the PipeNipple nominal diameter.
