Good day

I am having trouble with connection  a pipe to a valve. It pops up this error and i am not sure how to fix the problem.

Any suggestions?

Dear @ettiene.willemse ,

there is no flange with Pressure Class 150 in the PipeSpec CS1500 you are using.

Can it be that you have a confusion of the Pipe Spec CS150 and CS1500?

With the project we are busy with we had to make a CS1500 class because of the entire plant running on 150 bar.

OK then in your Pipe Spec CS1500 is a wrong component with flange connection #150

Hi @ettiene.willemse

please check the connection ports of your valve...size, facing and pressure class and compare that to your flange from your spec CS1500. They must match to be connected.

The following three conditions must be met,not a single one can be omitted

1.Nominal diameter

2.Pressure rating

3.Sealing surface

I hope you can succeed
