Title block not viewable after uploading

I uploaded a few files that I created a year or so ago on AutoCAD 2011 Student Version.
I wanted to see how the AutoCAD 360 aka A360 product works. My issue is as the files load, I can "see" a brief flash of the Title Block on previously created work, then the Title Block disappears without any perceivable way to retrieve the Title Block, not with Layers or other settings. Am I missing something?
I looked over the handful of other questions related to Title Blocks. None of responses seemed reasonable to answer my concerns.
Student version aside, I would think uploading/importing a Title Block within a drawing a standard fare without having to construct VBasic drop downs or getting deeply involed in the file extensions to 'pick out' the elements of the Title Block as indicated for Inventor users.

Are you referring to AutoCAD 360 web or mobile app?
Was your Title Block inserted to the drawing as a block or as a drawing template file?
Perhaps it contains block attributes we do not support.
