Hello! I just found out that your measurement is inaccurate. The meters are registering as millimeters in the drawings. Kindly fix it. That will be all for now. I just started using your app. Thanks!

Hi Cindy, you can change the unit of measurement from mm to meters. Just go to the toolbar at the bottom of the screen and change the units there. You can also adjust the precision if you'd like (same place). I hope that helps.

Yeah. I already did that. It will say, for example, 1000m, but it's actually 1000mm.

You will need to delete and recreate any existing dimensions. For example, if you delete the dimension that says 1000m and then change the units from meters to mm, the next time you create the same dimension, it will say 1000mm. That's why it is very important that you set the units correctly before you start. Let me know if that helps!

Hi Yan, it's still the same. Attached shows a bridge measuring 6 meters. Instead, it keeps on registering as 6000m. But when I opened this same file on another software, it correctly distinguishes it as 6m. Thank you for your quick replies.

Thank you for the additional information - now I understand. It looks like the units for the drawing are in mm, so you will have to change the units back to mm. Then the dimension will correctly read '6000mm' (after you delete and recreate it), which equals 6 meters. Unfortunately, there is no way right now to change the display of 6000mm into 6m - you will just have to keep the units in mm, but that way it will be accurate. I hope that helps.

So, I will not be able to use the meter unit? Why is that if it's in the choices? It will be more helpful if we can use meters also instead of millimeters.

Oh I see. I guess I have to start and end using one unit only. Thank you for the clarification.

Hi Cindy - yes, if you start in meters and don't change the units, then everything should be as expected. Thanks for the feedback!
