importing color book

hi 
when using the hatch tool in the web application i get error: "There are no color books installed in your current color book folders".
i've created a CAB file with https://www.autodesk.com/acb/ but i can't upload it to the web.

what am I doing wrong?

Not an option in AutoCADWEB.
Try gain in 1-2-5-10 years.
