Help with scaling in acadweb help

help need to scale a 100' line to 50'  as a default for all drawing  . please help have tried for days no luck . i am doing something wrong

as a default? Nothing built-in does that, sorry.

SCALE command works just fine here, so does STRETCH command too. How are you tackling this need?
