Blocks Not Syncing with Desktop Application

I followed all the steps on the AutoCAD desktop program to save my Block Sync Folder to cloud storage. However, on AutoCAD web app I still get a message that says that I haven't set up my favorite/recent blocks. Is there any additional steps I need to take to get blocks synced with the web app?

Do you have an option other than Google Drive to test with? Like Autodesk's DRIVE for example which seems to work well for most users.

Thanks for the response!

When I try to sync it to Autodesk Drive it does not show that it is cloud synced. Notice how the settings wheel does not have a cloud on it when I select Autodesk Drive.

Using other cloud storage providers such as OneDrive did not work either. I got the same result as with Google Drive.

Hello,

Sorry you are unable to connect web with the block palette. I checked and I believe there is something not working right and passed it along to the team to dig into it.

Best regards,

Which Desktop build are you using?
Is the same account signed in for both desktop and web?

Could you please try to sign out the account in desktop and sign in again? After this, check if block path can be synced from desktop to web?
