I have a student who has a verified education account. Downloaded AutoCAD and has AutoCAD Mobile Premium on her iPad. It was working great and she was creating, editing and saving drawings just fine. About two weeks ago, she said she could open existing files but her work doesn't save. She also can't create any new files and save them. She shared one of the old files with me that she can't edit and save anymore and it worked fine for me on my iPad. I thought it might have converted back to the trial version but it still says AutoCAD premium and her account is still valid and intact. I also had her try to create and save a new file in her Google Drive but she had the same issue. Any thoughts, I have 110 students and 109 are having no issues.
