Hi,
I just started my AutoCAD Mobile 7-day premium trial, and I’ve hit a very early snag: I cannot use any of the buttons that appear after selecting an object (Erase, Copy, Move, Scale, Offset, Rotate) except for Erase. As soon as I hit any of them, the selected item is immediately deselected and nothing else happens. So, for example, I can’t rotate a door block to the right angle to match a wall.
Below is a link to a screencast of my problem. So how do I make this thing work?

I have same issue on my ipad
but on my Android phone i can do all Edits
before it was ok 6 months ago but now when i resubscribed the buttons not work except Delete!?

currently I am checking internally if this is a known issue on the 5.2.0 version.
For now I can say that I can't reproduce it on my side with the current version - so it is not an issue for all users.
I will get back to directly once I have more information.

I got the notice that it was a temporary issue yesterday which got fixed.
Please uninstall the app and download & install it again. The issue should be resolved afterwards.

After a delete and reinstall, things seem to be functioning normally. However:
- Why wasn’t this accomplished through an App Store update?
More importantly, can I get back the three days of my free trial during which the app was broken and useless?

I understand your situation but unfortunately there is no way to continue the trial period for the lost days. The system is not so flexible at this specific point to cover this.
