Anyone care to explain why there is no XLINE command available in the Android version?
And are we going to be able to work offline or not?
So far this software sucks really REALLY bad.
Typical Autodesk experience.

In 25 years of using Autocad it's how I have started EVERY file. Drop XLINE north/ south and east/ west. From there it's offsets to get the building perimeter, then offset the perimeter to denote wall thickness.
But I guess for children to play, they don't need XLINE.
This must be for children. After all, the only place to get it is from the PLAY STORE.
Autodesk thinks this is a game. That's it.
Well, for some reason.
It actually exists in AUTOCAD MOBILE on Windows 10 version, which it available in Windows Store.
But I still don't understand why that feature is not exist in AutoCAD Android version.
Hello @AutodeskEagleCad & @powercold1955
I can conform that the command is currently only available on the Windows version of AutoCAD Mobile. I am already double checking with the team to gather more information about this.
Will come back to you once I got more details.
Best regards,
Thomas
I am also do not understand why Windows but not Androind for mobile.
Hope it will be fix.
Hi
Does the post from @pendean help you and answer your question?
The Windows version is not a true mobile app, it masks/repackages the WEBAPP which is a bit more capable.
Perhaps you need to switch too, here is the link https://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad-web-app/overview?plc=ACDIST&term=1-YEAR&support=ADVANCED&q...

I can confirm that the functions are not available for the Mobile App on iOs and Android. I can also encourage you to add your enhancement request under "AutoCAD Mobile Ideas" where other users can vote for it. This way you can influence future enhancements pro actively.
Best regards,
Thomas
Thanks for dropping in with information.
This is not an enhancement request. It's a material defect in your product.
Update your own database of known defects, which you dress as "enhancement request".
That's your job, not mine.
Fix your damned software.
We pay good money for what should be functional software.
Your software is defective.
Fix it.
Hello @AutodeskEagleCad
Please note that AutoCAD mobile app does not provide full functionality compared to AutoCAD Desktop. Therefore functions that are not supported and have not been implemented now or in the past, are not listed as a defect even though the long term AutoCAD Desktop user is feeling like functions are missing.
The information from your post is already forwarded internally. One way for you to pro-actively influence the situation would be to create an entry in the AutoCAD mobile idea station of the mobile app as described above.
