I bought I monthly subscription with I TUNES . Mk9WDDHJEH .DEsktop-U8E16NG

I bought a monthly subscription with I TUNES FOR MY IPAD PRO.

MOBILE CAD . DESKTOP -U8E16NG

MK9WDDHJ3 order number.

i had bought with my desktop via ITUNES FOR MY IPAD PRO. DOES NOT WORK . STILL IN FREE APP 

HOW TO FIX

No one here can fix your licensing issue, sorry. if you want direct support, use the email address found in the app or at the app store..

Which log-in are you using, an Autodesk log-in or your app store's log-in? usually logging out then back in fixes the issue for most users.

I would like to ask , it is AUTO CAD DOWN , SOMETHING WRONG , BECAUSE ALWAYS COME BACK WITH AND ERROR 404

Welcome to the AutoCAD Mobile forum.

 

The behavior on your side might be connected with this forum topic: "Accessing mobile drawings online". As mentioned in the solution of this topic, it looks like Apple holds your license and there might be an issue with it: "[...]while you can purchase the mobile apps through Apple, Apple holds the license. So to my best understanding, one would have to buy their own license through autodesk[...]"

 

When your App is still shown as free, I would recommend to go via Apple to clarify the situation.

Were you able to make progress on this topic?

 

As far as I can see there are some open questions. A clarification would help to find a solution:

  1. Were you able to clarify the situation with Apple since you got the license from them?
  2. Regarding the mentioned 404 error. Do you still get it? Could you please clarify in which situations you get this error? Please also attach a screenshot to make the situation more understandable.
  3. Did the suggestion from @pendean help - could you please clarify?

Hello , 

still no luck, contact Apple , ITunes , could not solve the problem either. I have log out, log in, uninstall , install , done almost everything but still in the free app . Apple ITunes will look it into to see if I can get my money back. If not I will continue to bug Apple ITunes . 

Really wants to use these in my IPad Pro 11 . Now looking for other apps that can use in my IPad . Thanks for your concern

I understand your concerns. If a customer has set up the mobile app we can see it in their Autodesk Account. I have emulated your account with the email adress you mentioned and I am unable to see the product in your Account.
