Double Click Moving Floors But Not Anotations

I am new to the Autodesk Mobile App on Ipad, we have been attempting to use the app to annotate existing files to show where ports are in a room. We found that if we double click on any whitespace on the app and then move on the screen it will only move the floor plan and not move the annotations. Is there any way that we can undo this double click or get back to the standard view, or just flat out disable this action so that we can not have to revert back to our previous saves each time we accidentally double click on the white area?

Thanks for the Help

Lock the layer your "floor plan' is on: in fact you should always lock layers who's content you never wish to accidentally edit.
