Best Smartphone for AutoCAD Mobile (Recommendation)

Good day, everyone. Suresh Steel Centre  is where I come from. My smartphone began to malfunction after a month, and I am unable to reset it. Could you please recommend the best new smartphone? It would be much appreciated.

We don't certify a specific hardware manufacturers for both AutoCAD and Mobile as well. 

For android os minimal version required (which is 7.0), the AutoCAD android app also requires 64 bit hardware and software.
