Access to tools

I have tried creating different accounts, installing, uninstalling, reinstalling.  The mobile app is not letting me use any of the tools.  It is telling me I need a subscription,  however, its the free trial during Covid 19.  I have AutoCAD installed but want to use the mobile app so I can experience everything my students may experience.  Any Help????

You will need to contact support using the email address found in the app or at the app store for your device.

  1. Can you please post a screenshot of the message you describe: "[...]It is telling me I need a subscription[...]"?
  2. Could also let me know more details about when the message appears? E.g. when you want to open a drawing or press a specific button?

Notice the message bar across the top of the screen. I cannot start a new drawing, nor edit an existing drawing.

Hello @Anonymous 

 

Please open your Autodesk Account (accounts.autodesk.com) => "Manage Products and Downloads" => All Products and Services" and check the Description you see under AutoCAD - Mobile App. 

 

Could you please send a screenshot similar to this one, but which shows the situation on your side?

did you check your Autodesk Account?

 

The background of my question and your issue is documented for the AutoCAD Web App in the article: "AutoCAD Web functions are not available". It is most probably the same for the AutoCAD Mobile App. Please check the points mentioned in the article to solve your issue.
