Difference and which to use?

I am at a new job and company IT installed 2 different AutoCAD MEP looks like. What's the difference and which do I use?

AutoCAD MEP 2023 -English and 

AutoCAD MEP 2023 -English as AutoCAD

The first is AutoCAD with MEP tools running and ready to go, for MEP designers.

The second always installs, your IT did nothing special, its there whether they wanted it or not, and it's AutoCAD without any the MEP tools.

If for any reason you are not sure what MEP and all of that is about: I suggest you ask your supervisor or the IT folks about it all.

Thank you. But I figured it out when no one replied. Alot of views but as usual no one bothered to respond.

MEP is way overkill for what I need to do. MEP looks more like a 3D illustrator as well. We use CREO and Solid Works for 3D CAD> But it looks really cool.

I am only creating a 2D Box Diagram and then after some schematics.

I found AutoCAD MEC in our company app portfolio and installed it.
