I was testing the Conduit objects, the elbow in the image was created automatically. (I like it)

Then I was testing the conduit fitting, everything was awesome until...

... I tried to replace fitting, one TEE for a CROSS, when I tried that, I received this error message:
("undo to last point" cancel the action, "ignore and continue" do nothing.)

I tried to fix it for my self, in the style manager, I opened the conduit part routing preferences, but there I did not found the type CROSS fitting.

so I request for help for the next questions:
1 how can I create the CROSS FITTING? (image 3 and 4)
2 how to create any JUNCTION BOX cross fitting and insert it in the global catalog? (image 5)
3 how to create any CONDUIT cross fitting and insert it in the global catalog? (image 5)
4 how can I replace a 2D / 3D polyline with one Conduit or Cable Tray?
