I am going crazy for sure with MEP...

As you see the green ducts are connected

with smooth radious elbows.

Now (the red ones) I can connect any ducts

only with mitered elbows.

And this is happening also in new drawings...

Please any help!

30 years in Autocad and I am desperate wsith this one 😞

Yes of course.

Here it is.

....at the end I think I found what I did wrong.

I purged everything so I guess I cleaned up also

MEP blocks (like the smooth angle elbows)

I guess!....

I do not have clear what is the problem, but I deduce that you want to connect green with red.

... so, you might a fitting in the elevation and then connect with a transition, for the green replace the elbow fitting with a tee with replacefitting command.

for create a vertical fitting, when you click in the "+" symbol, change elevation in the properties tab, I used 4 in your drawing.

let me know if this helps.

Those green and red ducts may have different routing preferences set, maybe thats why they have diffrent elbows. Before starting designing it is important to define systems and parts in routing preferences in Style Manager.
