Copy With Base Point Not Working

Hello,

I am having trouble with the "copy with base point" and "paste". I have never had trouble with this before, but on the drawing I'm working on most of the time it does not work. I use the copy with base point command and when I go to paste, nothing shows up. It does work sometimes, most offten when I try it the first time after opining AutoCAD, Then when I try it agian it does not work. Can you help me?

First, here are some common causes for copy/paste behaving this way, and suggestions to help you fix it.

If the issue started happening this week, I'd like to know if you've installed any of this week's Microsoft Windows updates. If so, the issue could be caused by one of these, and I can help you narrow it down. Please let me know, and I'll be happy to help you.

I have the same problem. I have installed update for Office today, I have uninstalled later but still not working

Hi,

I have this problem sometimes. I can't solve it but i find something.

- Open a new drawing

- Add your problem file as a xRef

- Link it as a block

- Explode the block

- Normally it's right 🙂
