Paperspace printing issues

I have a file that has both geometry in the CAD file and attached x-ref files. When I am in paper space mode, I can see everything on my monitor fine but when I do  print preview and or print, my xref files are not shown just the work from this file.

If I try printing from my old workstation (AutoCAD 2012) everything is fine.

I am using Acad 2015 Mechanical

Windows 7 64bit

Everything is up to date software wise

This is a fresh install on a fresh computer ....ie.... no "old" data. I have set up everything from scratch everything from scratch and have not carried over 1 single piece of "old" AutoCAD set up data other tham opening files that are already existing.

Hello everyone. I managed to fix the problem. Here is what I did.

First, my customer uses Siemen FactoryCAD. There are a series of blocks that they use for general equiptment layout that come from this.

I contacted Siemens and they have a series of "CAD enabler files" that I had to install next to AutoCAD. Basically the block set needed to just get the .dwg files to open. They seem to be behind Autodesk in that they only have these "enabler files" available for 2015 and not 2016 (I was trying to use the latest greatest software in 2016 and could not). Without this nothing xref'd would print.

Once I installed these enabler files, all my xref problems went away.
