Dimensions are offset from object when placed

Hello everyone,

I have anunecpected behaviour of dimensions in AutoCAD Mechanical 2018. Whgen I'm trying to mark dimensions of our product, the dimensions are umped aside. For better explanation, I'll upload a few pictures:

I'm not even able to replace the dimension manually.

I'm quite convinced, that it is caused by the setting, but I haven't found out, where to change it.

Tahks for your help!

Have a nice day,

Adam

Hi @Anonymous,

That sounds very frustrating, and looks like a graphics display error. Does turning off Hardware Acceleration help?

How to enable or disable hardware acceleration in AutoCAD

If the issue is display related, updating the video card drivers, and making sure the discreet card is being used (rather than the on board one) often helps. Video card driver updates can be downloaded from the manufactures website. See the following common links:

NVIDIA Driver Download

AMD Driver Download

Intel Driver Update Utility

Please let me know if this resolved the issue.

All the best,
