Sheet Sets
Set the sheet set manager to allow layouts to be added to multiple sheet sets. In our industry, when creating permits we have some layouts from a single DWG that we need in multiple permits sets(Sheet sets). Currently if the Sheet set manager knows the layout is apart of another sheet set, it won't allow us to add the layout to our current sheet set. We would have to move the previous sheet set to another location to break the path AutoCAD remembers and then add the Layout(s).
Unfortunately, SSM has seen little dev work since it was introduced 16+ years ago.
We needed the ability to auto-renumber hundreds of sheets way back then and got tired of waiting and rolled our own routine to do it (with help from some others).
But what you're asking would take some action inside the core product I'm afraid.
Also, you put this in the AutoCAD MAP ideas, and chances are, it will never be seen by the AutoCAD dev team. There is always the AUGI wish list.
