Apply spatial filter to non-IM layers when generating graphics

You have an IM Display Model including layers from non IM data sources such as SHP file connections.

When you generate graphics using a window the spatial filter is not applied to non-IM layers.

Wish: apply spatial filter to all layers, no matter whether the layers are IM or non IM layers.
