I am working with drawings that I am referencing through multiple files. In particular I have a drawing where I am referencing the host file into another drawing. When I open the drawing, the changes I make to the host are not being displayed correctly. For example, if I draw a line in the host file and save it, when I open the drawing it is referenced into, instead of a line I only see the points for the end of the line. If I draw a circle in the host file, I only see 2 points for where the circle was placed in the host file.
No matter how much I reload the drawing I only ever see these points instead of the lines and circles they represent.
How do I get my drawings to automatically see the updates to my xref's automatically upon opening and likewise for batch printing?
