Working version of AdministratorGuide.chm?

I have installed both versions of Infra Admin 2018 and 2020, German. Both have the same help file

"c:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk Infrastructure Administrator 20..\Help\AdministratorGuide.chm         4356638       08.03.2016 07:37:44"

Both have the same problem described here (October 2016)

the "solution" is:

Use an older version (which means 2013 or older).

So I would like to know:

a) Does it happen in other languages too?

b) Is the usage of version 2013 the one and only solution? 😯

c) Where to get version 2013?

I can answer point a):

The same happens with the french version of M3D 2018.

I have no problem with  German version 2016 (Windows 7 and 10).

a) older version can be used.

b) Reported to Autodesk. Under development.
