Straight line to a arc

Hello, is there a tool to modify a straight line to a arc of a object in a oracle database by specifying a radius 

In the cogo toolbar there is no such tool.

what do you think is the radius or the center point for an "straight" arc?

I don't know how to enter that radius in any spatial database.

Hi,

I suppose there is no tool that can do this on a spatial database. It would make it easier to work when there is a straight line that must be transformed into an arc we are forced to redefine the entire polygon into an autocad drawing before inserting it into the spatial database.
