SQL query date

Hi!
I use Autocad map 2005.

I have an excel file, which has a date field in this format 'DD/MM/YYYY'. (ex 11/10/2007)

In Autodesk map, the data view appears like 'DD/MM/YYY/ HH:MM:SS am'. (or pm) (ex 11/10/2007 12:00:00 am)

I use the timestamp command to select records but no record is selected (TIMESTAMP 2007-10-11 12:00:00).

What is going wrong?

Try (TIMESTAMP '2007-10-11 12:00:00'). i.e. enclose the date/time in inverted commas
