saving user settings wont work

the organization i am working for are using autocad map 3d 2019 but i have a problem with saving the settings in autocad, people are login in on different citrix servers but whe you configure autocad settings and log off the settings are only saved on the machine where you work on, but when you start autocad on another server the settings are back to basic. autocad is configured in res workspace with the following settings to save the user settings: %LOCALAPPDATA%\AutoDesk  and %APPDATA%\AutoDesk .... can someone help me or is there an artikel or documentation about this?

Hello, Arjen,

Do you tell about profiles that save Users setting such as on picture below? You can save all your settings and after every program start import it to AutoCAD. More about profiles you can read Here.

Also you can add to AutoCAD's program shortcut path to saved ARG file (with custom profile) read Here about it; if all workplaces in one Network - I think, if you put ARG file to general folder - every Users can use it and work with same settings or You can start programm with these static path to config ARG file.

but see the screenshot .... if i select all this is beeing saved only on 1 en 2, not with 3.

1. quit autocad and start it again, the settings are saved,

2. log of and log on, when you log on on the same server than the settings are saved.

but,

3. when you log on to a different server the settings arent saved and is back to basic.

do you have e idea?

i fix it it ws in res workspace a setting that i changed.

It's great that you solved problem - can you attach screenshot - what parameter did you changed to other users in future will solved that problems? (I affraid that don't understand you)
