Map Features using Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS

I am having an issue where collected information from field crews will not display from AGOL into Map 3D. I am using Autodesk Connector for ArcGIS, connecting to our companies AGOL Map and when the ObjectID on a particular layer reaches 2,170 it no longer will display the map feature in Map 3D.  We are using RTK and AGOL Maps for Environmental Delineations and Map 3D to create the line features while the crews are in the field so they qa/qc while present. When the point feature reaches the above number the connector no longer displays the data in Map 3D. It still is displayed in AGOL and current workaround is to export the point feature as a shapefile and load that into the map to create the line features.

Is this a know problem that when a feature layer reaches a certain number of objects it no longer displays the object in the connected map?

Wow, I never knew that limitation existed.

I don’t have a solution, just a suggestion. Maybe create multiple point feature classes? E.g. points from 1001 to 1999, then from 2001 to 2999, etc?

please post the data source on AGOL by title so it can be found and viewed.  I will check how it works in ArcGis

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not sure if that will be the best way to deal with this. This is occurring during environmental delineations of long linear projects that contain a lot of features and creating multiple feature layers for point levels, when it's unknown, then having to host those features and maintain them for various projects might be a more difficult process then the current work around.

I am unable to post the information as it is hosted on AGOL but is not public data. I know that makes it difficult to assist and I was really hoping there was someone who had ran into this and could confirm / deny that it is an issue.

Agreed. I don’t like the ArcGIS online connector yet.  It’s not ready for my workflow and doesn’t appear to be ready for yours either.

Yes. Personally, I would use shapefile as well. That way when the shapefile is updated so to is the dwg. It might seem there are ‘extra’ clicks when using shapefile but the AtcGIS connector method has its own set of clicks too.
