Hi,
I have a drawing that when I open it has a layer state that is saved against that drawing. If I view the layers in the layer state manager it shows what I expect to see the layers setup as with the correct layers frozen or off. However, those states are not being applied to the dwg. I have also tried importing a .las file which has the same layer states but it too does not apply the layer states to the dwg either.
Is there something I am missing with this layer state function?
When I first open the Layer state manager I also get this strange message:
![layerstate_message.png layerstate_message.png](https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85430i9EB56CACBD420DCD/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&px=-1)
After that message when I view the layer state manager there is now a new layer state listed called LMAN_ACET-LAYISO which is applied to the model space. It does not have the layerstates that are in the setup that is saved against the dwg which is what I want applied.
Can someone shed some light on this?
Thanks.
