Insert block to existing block insertion points

can somone plz tell me how to apply this ? : 

" Do a regular list of all the points. Either turn on the log file or copy past into a word processor or notepad. A word processor like MS word helps because you can select columns of data to delete. Strip the file down until you have only X,Y,Z data. Then in front of each coord: -insert C:\SYMBOLS\YOUR_BLOCK After the X,Y,Z,: Your X Scale Your Y scale Your Z scale Your Rotation Copy & Paste these 2 items before and after each coordinate. This is where being able to paste a block of data helps. This is just like you would type it in at the command line. Do a couple using the -insert command so you see how it works. Read the Help on script files. The editing is what will take the time. If you have any other questions ask. Another thing to try is ask the company that provided the drawing if they have the points represented as blocks. If they can provide you with that file then all you would have to do is replace the blocks" 

i have the same problem   but i did not undrestand how to apply this solution to creat command line to post it on autocad map and make it work plz help !

If you follow those directions you need to save the file in notepad or word as a script file with an extesion of scr. Then at the command lie run the script command "SCR" then select the file you just saved.
