Import TAB files in Map 3D 2016

Good day!
Faced with the following problem:
When I import TAB files with command Import Maps layers of geometric objects are inserted correctly with the preservation of all sizes, scales, etc., but the text placed in one point. More precisely not in one point, and scales. I tried and export in MapInfo directly into DWG, the same situation. See the pictures:

Perhaps there is no coordinate system set in the Text export?
