I have read several posts with the same error problem but none seem to refer directly to my situation.
I get this error anytime AutoCad Map 3D 2015 is running and I try to open another or new file. The system just crashes and that's it !. The software has been running fine for months on a new machine with no previous install and only started to fail a day or two after I started inporting a point cloud data set for the first time. I am losing a massive amount of time trying to work around the problem, I assume the uninstall/reinstall is the first step but I am sure the problem will return. Any ideas as to the root cause please ??.
