I am working on a project involving sampling 9 separate sample regions for a plant. The client would like autocad map 3D to show the overview, regions, and sample points in an organized way. The regions should be able to show area in square feet or meters. Coordinate plane being used is New Jersey SCP and has been pre loaded on a basemap created with assistance from some in-company with knowledge. I am not familiar with layers, creating points using coordinates, how layers, features, objects, work together, how to edit boundaries and borders, and how to present data neatly and proficiently.
