Color Object on top of JPEG Image Reference - 2024 Transparency Bug?

Hi all - running ACAD Map 3D 2024 on Windows 10 and having a weird issue with a color object's transparency when it's on top of an image reference.

Here's how it looks in paper space:

Object properties:

Layer settings:

And here's how it is plotting:

Plot settings:

Settings for our "Color" plotstyle:

I never had this problem in ACAD Map 2022 and also I don't want to uncheck "plot with transparency" for our page setup because there are other things that we need transparency to show on.  Draw order has been triple checked, I've tried redrawing the object from scratch and also tried it in other projects / cad files all with the same result.

Any help is much appreciated....thanks!

@rlindsey8PJ57

North Branch, right?

Not enough info.

Show all columns of your Layer Properties Manager. Columns on the right have been cutoff.

If there are other things that we need transparency to show on then what are those objects. and most importantly, what color are those objects using to achieve their proper transparency? It better not be red.

Can you upload your drawing and STB file?

Hey, thanks for the response but I think I found it under the PDF Options...had to change this to "Lines Overwrite" for the the plot to respect the draworder.
